Sounds like the seller made her mind up when she offered it to someone else. I am a district manager for a retail type operation here in Minnesota and almost everytime (99%) I side with the customers wants and needs. I Also deal in one of a kind type items for the retail side of the business (Pawnstore) and always take the high road for the clients. This chip is probably the only one she had to offer. You (the buyer) entered into a legal agreement to buy this item with no restritions on shipping. I feel in current times there is no reason to waste your time working out a solution when the seller has already sold the item you agreed to purchase. Quit being nice to bad sellers and give her the negative feedback if you feel she deserves it.
My two little cents!
