I am just venting but have a question on what I should do. The seller of a chip I won said they do not ship to Guam after I won the auction. No where on the auction does it say that they dont ship overseas it only says to the United States. Well forgetting that this geography major doesn't know that Guam is part of the US, which I can understand some people just don't realize this which is another rant all together, but I sent a reply to the seller telling her that Guam uses us postal and a bubble mailer is about $1.40 which is probably the same as mailing across the street since us postal considers Guam domestic for shipping purposes. And that if she still has a problem with this to let me know and I will have it mailed to another address in the states which I do quite frequently and they mail it too me. Well she informend me that she made a second chance offer to the second seller and they have since paid for it and she shipped it off yesterday. This seller did not even wait for my response to do this about the secondary address or the mailing to Guam which is why I am pretty hot. Should I leave this seller a negative which I have never done in 10 years on Ebay or should I just blow it off. This is not the first time somebody blew me off but it sure is getting old. Please let me know if I am way off base. SORRY to Rant.
