() Since South Point is also my current home base while in Vegas, I can tell you that it is really a great hotel. The rooms are all nice and new, especially the west wing which opened in late July. They are not filled with all the frills of a Wynn or Bellagio but are excellent for the price. The casino is also great. They have an excellent selection of machines including a decent amount of full pay VP. They drink service is also very good, they come around often particularly in the evening. I am not a huge table player so I cant really comment on the quality of the pit though.
