I don't think it would be all that different Kyle. I was buying and selling chips online before eBay, both with individual transactions and in online auctions. "What if there were no internet" is an entirely different question with an equally different scenario. If it weren't for the internet, I'd still have a couple dozen chips that I threw into a drawer years ago, never would have heard of the club or known there were other people who collect too.
