Israel is the name of the Haiwaiian singer pictured on the chip. He was a very BIG guy -- 400 pounds, I think. He died at an early age, prox. 2 years after the chip was issued.

FYI, I think there was a chip commemorating Israel (country of) issued by one of the Florida day cruise boats within the past year.
