Caesars didn't have the most chipper friendly release policy but they always made enough for everyone so I don't ever remember people complaining. The folks in Vegas would not like the Caesars AC LE Chip Policy!
They had a tendency to put the LE chips on the tables in play and this one became hard to find shortly after the release (IMO). But at least you didn't have to be there at 3:00 on a Wednesday afternoon in order to get a couple.
