I have an older PayPal Account (non-credit card). When eBay required acceptance of credit card payments when PayPal was noted in your auction as acceptable for payment, is there still a way to not mention PayPal in a auction and let it come up afterwards?

My concern is being compelled to up-grade my PayPal Account because of this. To add to the mix, it turns out I happen to have an active ProPay Account, I just don't like the terms.
