Time for a short Rant and Rave. mad

This weekend I ran a trade offer for a new set of Grand Opening chips. I thought a $1 was a very fair price for postage and handlng. What a surprise when I got to the Post Office this morning. I was charged the first class small packet rate of a $1.34 even though I know some of them weighed less than one ounce. Before someone yells, the chip was between two pieces of cardboard, not even close to a quarter of and inch. I can now understand when people charge $2 or $2.50 for postage. I figure I lost about a buck for each thing I mailed out. Shaking my head in disbelief.

Prediction: Within a year Saturday delievery will be a thing of the past.
