Katie, As best as I can tell, the ashtray Leo scanned was not used in the AC casino. They may have been used in the clubs along with the orange ones that are all over the place. Anderson is a great reference, but he is missing pictures of many ashtrays, especially those from foreign, Indian & cruise ship casinos. I did hear that somebody was going to do an update, which is going to be a task.
