I am not that familiar with Ballys but Paris is, or could be, a really great property. But it does not surprise me that the buyers of Harrahs are in financial trouble. I thought that Harrahs paid too much for Caesars and then they sold themselves for even more. If my calculations are correct, at 6% interest, each Harrahs property would have to make $60 Million per year just to cover the interest. It could be done but it is a stretch.
