Probably the easiest thing to do is to copy the contents of the CD onto a USB key. A CD is usually a max of about 800MB so a 1GB key should cover it. Those are cheap if not free ( less than $15 for a 1GB, I just bought a 16GB for around $50).

Second possibility is to purchase an external CD reader. Wander over to Fry's and you should be able to get a USB CD drive also (~$30-50).

Third option is to check Verizon's site and see if you can download it online - most of the time the CD you get is outdated anyway and you'll want to download the updates. The Verizon tech support should be able to point you to it. (I guess that's a catch 22 where you cant get online, but I assume there are stray WIFI signals floating around the ether).
