I obviously can't speak for other casinos, but where I work, if I lose my name TAG, it costs me $1 to replace. If I lose my employee BADGE (that I use for clock in/out and ID) it costs me $5 to replace. I've never lost either, but I can't say It would be too much more than an inconvience to have to go over to HR and get the replacement.
