1.) I agree wholeheartedly. I would like to support each and every dealer to repay them for what they do for the hobby. That's why I hate to see a dealer with NO prices listed--because I know they will get a LOT fewer buyers for their merchandise. I'm sorry if I came off as being negative towards dealers, because I don't feel that way.
2.) I can see this point. I would hate to face the task of pricing all of those items. However, I know that if I offer chips for sale here on The Chip Board, unless I put prices on them I will get zero responses. "Make me an offer" just doesn't work for post people, unless it's a genuinely rare and sought-after item.
3.) I see this point too, but I think most dealers approach the "too high" or "too low" problem as something that averages out in the long run. Not labeling means they lose business from those of us who don't simply like to negotiate. I'm willing to pay a fair price, or even pay more than that if it's something I really want.
