The answer to the second question is yes. You will find real casino chips with the same chip mold as used on some fantast chip... but not the mold you show in your scan. Chipco, Paul-son, GGS, and others who make real casino chips have all made fantasies at one time or another. You will find Hat and Cane mold chips from Paul-son on many home game chips.
