To make it attractive to everyone I am also going to give a Pop's Oasis chip to a random voter. I have written down a number 01-60 which coincides with every second in a minute. Whomever votes with the exact second I have picked will win. Simple huh? A 1 in 60 chance!
So...to make it simple:if you post at say 12:52 and I have the number 52 written down,then that voter will win a chip. In the event of a tie,the one who hit the number first will win.
