Incandescent lightbulbs are much friendlier than flourescent ans far as the amount of UV they put out. Both heat and UV light will deteriorate both the older nitrate dice and the newer acetate dice. You can get museum quality UV filtering glass for the display cases. Even regular window glass cuts out a lot of sunlight UV but it will still add up and do damage over time. Most frame shops should have the UV filtering glass.
