For those interested in casino operations from the other side of the tables, there is a wealth of information at www.JimKilby.com. Mr. Kilby is the Boyd Professor of Gaming at UNLV and author of the textbook Casino Operations Management. He also is a top casino consultant travelling worldwide. (And bringing me back chips in the process!!) His website has all his class notes and outline, as well as numerous links. He even has the program that takes blackjack rules information and creates basic strategy for that particular game. He also has a program that allows you to see how the casino makes a judgement based on your play.
