Here are a couple more photos. These are off the Santa Ana $1 which is the same chip. This one has an insert that is completely seperated on one side and through the rolling edge, but still bonded on the other side.

Also note around what would be an inlay where there are several cracks where it has either seperated or not bonded correctly.
