Just some fuel for thought. 12 years ago there was a large discussion in congress about drilling offshore and in Alaska and other places. The biggest argument then was it would take 10 years to see any of the oil. They said we wouldn't see any relieve until 2006, and that wouldn't help. Hmmmm
