I have a 50s style wall pay phone (3 coin slots) I have tried in vain to find an instruction/direction card for the front of the phone. The card measures approx 4"w x 3.5"h. Trying to get an original or copy card from any major telephone company like AT&T or New England Telephone. Will pay a good price for one. This is a great conversation piece in my Pub Room. Any help appreciated.
