I have several chips from ferry services that operate (or in some cases used to operate) from the UK over to Ireland and Holland and there must be several others that operate around the world. I don't think these fall into the other catagories, especially as most were just one or two table operations to give people something to do on ferry services that take several hours.

They certainly still operate on the Harwich - Hoek Van Holland (UK to Holland) service, but were all generic chips offering lousy odds when I travelled last October.
