Once again...it is not the club's responsibility to contact you. If you want to rejoin, you need to first fulfill the requirements and then you have to petition the current BoD for reinstatement. Even if the club had handed down a simple one year suspension to ANY member, the club or BoD would NOT then ask that member to return...it is the member's responsibility to ask for reinstatement.
