I do not have my example in front of me, but are all of them in the flame mold? Or, ar some in a plain mold (maybe a poor quality flame mold)?

As far as I know, there are no "blue" versions of this chip (but, and no pun intended, I could be wrong). However, it is possible also that the manufacturer's name (Blue Chip) may be the reasons for this confusion.
