A member of the club recently bid on an auction for a high end chip and later suspected he was a victim of shill bidding and stopped bidding. He mentioned the auction to me and in my opinion it was. I also fowarded the info to several members and all but one agreed it was suspicious. What course of action should be taken. I told him there are 3 options:

1. File a claim with ebay
2. File a claim with the CC & GTCC
3. Post the auction on the board and let the members decide.

I recommended the 3rd option to expose the culprits. I also warned him that the members involved have a big following on this board and would be defended at all extent.

Just looking for opinions at this time and he would make the decision after he weighed some facts. I am posting this for him so it wont tip off the auction in question and wont pursuade members from their honest opinions.
