"Both men stepped out of the casino and into the valet parking area of the garage near the Virginia Avenue entrance, where the argument became violent. Prince grabbed a metal walking cane from a nearby elderly patron and began beating Perez in the head and body, said Perez’s attorney, James Leonard Jr.
Leonard said Perez was wedged between a curb and a parked car at one point, struggling to defend himself as Prince beat him. That is when Perez pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed Prince, Leonard said."
