Over the years, I've been involved in settling issues of this nature maybe a dozen times. Very difficult, we always tried to handle it with tact, but gamblers who have been drinking and losing sometimes react in very non-rational ways. The worst I ever had was some guy who smelled like Sonic burgers at a roulette table. We finally got him to leave, but then we noticed all of the chips were gone!
