When we had a poker room - now at our sister property in town. When a player started smelling a little "ripe" and players, employees started to complain about the odor; we would talk to ripe player and offer them the use of the shower in the Fitness Center and get them toiletries from the hotel (deodorant). We never really had any backlash.
