There is no other mention of insurance or risk of loss in the auction (see the link in Rick's most recent posts). Of course, it does say shipping to United States, with no mention of Canada, too. Rick says that when he asked if Josh would ship to Canada, though, that Josh agreed without any request for insurance. If that is true, this seems pretty cut and dried. If Josh did ask for insurance in order to ship to Canada, that may be another matter (more than my brain can handle today).

I hope they work this out, personally.
