Can anyone tell what is the status of the The Chip Rack Book. I haven't seen a new issue since 2004. Are they gone for good? I see over at Silver State Treasures the guy is making up temporary TCR numbers, claiming he has permission. Is this a sign that TCR is coming back or just ignoring reality?
I think jacking up the price to $50 was a big mistake or was TCR going under anyway?
