I saw Mark and Myrna Lighterman while I was setting up and I also saw Paul Cunningham outside of the Convention Center.
Parking was a major hassle - several streets around the Convention Center were closed for construction and I had to ride around for almost an hour before I found a parking garage near the Convention Center. I parked in the Sheraton Hotel garage - $20.00 flat fee in cash at the entrance to the garage, but I got to park on the valet level and once I unloaded my stuff the entrance to the Convention center and the ANA registration was less than 100 yards away !!
My display features 304 Large Crown Mold chips in 7 cases. This is a totally new Exhibit that I put together just for this ANA Convention.
I have been real busy the last 10 days - in A C for 3 days, had 2 Grandkids Birthday parties and put the finishing touches on the Exhibit. I owe several people batches of Roulette chips that I will mail out in the next couple of days.
Nancy and I have to babysit the youngest Grandson all day tomorrow. Pop-pop will be in the kiddie pool and on our private "Birl's Beach" with 3 year old Gavin, he really loves the sand. I am glad I'm retired so I have enough time to take care of everything.
I also will try to complete and post Part III of my trip to the Chip Convention report before the end of the week - I know some of you are looking forward to reading it.
Take care,
Jerry
