Josh should make a full refund or replacement. What Josh should not do is include any mention of insurance. ALL packages are insured! Either he should purchase insurance through the Post Office or self insure. Shipping charges should reflect the fact that the package is insured. The buyer has no complaints since the shipping charges are up front and he can bid accordingly.

I disagree with people that complain about shipping charges. Just bid less!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, for me, delivery confirmation tells me if I upheld my end. Now now people (from England) might bring up the fact that there is no delivery confirmation. So we don't use delivery confirmation. In that case you rely on the honesty of the buyer.

In Rick's case, I'll go out on a limb and assume he's telling the truth. This being the case, refund his money already!
