If someone buys it, the seller will be imposed a final value fee of $34.12 plus 1.5% of the price over $1000.01. That results in a final value fee of $150,019.10. At the end of the month, eBay would deduct that from the seller's bank account. It might take a bit longer for the seller to discover that the buyer isn't paying and to process a non-paying bidder complaint.

The listing states that a PayPal account is required. I'm not sure whether this means immediate payment is expected. Maybe someone could check into this.
