Courtesy and professionalism...a question
It has been 9 weeks now since I won two chips from the same seller who happens to be a fellow club member.
The auction ended on May 18th. I sent payment the next day and the seller tells me that he sent my chips on June 18th?? Now it is July 29th and still nothing.
I have emailed him several times and received less than stellar replies with,what it seems,a total "could care less" attitude.
I do not really want to do the negative feedback thing as I do want this thing resolved amicably.
My question to the board is this:if an item is not received from a seller,especially a fellow club member,do I simply turn the other cheek and eat the roughly $85 or do I do the negative feedback thing and let the world know?
