I found several of these at an antique shop in Washington. They are labels on plywood, slightly larger than a Federal Reserve note. My guess is that they are end-cap protectors for currency bundles shipped from Printing and Engraving to the Federal Reserve. Anyone have more info?

Wold be fun to match up one with a note from the bundle, but not likely.
