I'm not sure if Steve G doesn't already have this one. Actually we knew it was Montana. This just fills in the blanks.

The chips below were delivered to Goodman's Smoke House, Great Falls, MT (1938). All this info was from the USPC records.

I was never sure if Goodman's was the final destination or a distributor. It turns out that the AG on the chip stands for the owner of Goodman's, Abe Goodman who owned a number of cigar stores. Poor Abe died the following year on 12/1/39 at the ripe old age of 54.
