Now I understand there is some question about what a "NEWBIE" is, but not here. For this contest it means any "NEW" member who joined the either at this years convention or since then. That's it!!! Now for the contest:
As you may know, the Splashy award is awarded each year to the club member who outdid all other members at the "SPLASHBAR" the previous year. There has been 3 "SPLASHY" awards given out so far. To win this contest, all you have to do is name the very first "SPLASHY" award winner & you will win a 4 Queens 2003 Happy Holidays Chip & if you can tell us why they won the "SPLASHY" award, you will also receive a Hard Rock LV Win Chip.
