To show them your CCGTCC membership card...I did a few months ago, and received my choice of an obsolete $5 casino chip (I got a Sundance chip). Of course, I also walked out with 2 huge bags of VERY reasonably priced goodies that I found throughout Spinetti's store.
If you like Mexican food, right across the street from Gambler's General Store and Spinetti's is the El Sombrero restaurant. It's been family run since the 1960's (oldest Mexican food restaurant in LV) . A GREAT place to have lunch after scoring some gambling supply deals! Awesome home-made food/sauces. Super friendly family (not only are they the management and cooks, but the waitstaff as well).
Don't go after dark, as the neighborhood can get dicey at night, but definitely worth a visit while in the area!
