This series of HS roulettes were approved:
"Excalibur LV 06/22/07 NCV Roulette #1 thru #9, Six Colors 400 Ea."
The new series being used were approved:
"Excalibur LV 02/07/08 Roulette 5 Comm. Chips,6 Colors"
Now IM not sure what 5 Comm. means, but lets say all the HS ones were removed. Then they were only on the tables less than or about a year. Only 400 of each color were approved, although I believe the casino can order more without approval. My guess is they need at least 10 stacks of each color to run a game. That is 200 chips. IM sure they had more.
What IM trying to say is if they destroyed 200 of each color then how many walked. With this low number of roulettes in the collectors hands shouldn't they be more collectable than a house chip or a LE with hundreds/thousands being made.
That's one of the reasons I collect roulettes. I wish more people did.
