() ... and I've not read the term "NEW" at all or heard it from anyone in Nassau.
From what I gathered thru the years; the property was small... on the style of a wooden rooming house. Yet, photos show the frontage with two tall palms as depicted on the "NEW" chips.
Which leads me to believe that the "NEW" chips were not manufacturer's samples as suggested by a few...
