Soon after TCR-10 was published, we realized our error and made all altered chips the same value as unaltered, cancelled chips. Unless the new publishers change the database, the changes will be seen in TCR-11.

I want to thank the many collectors who have supported and who have helped to make TCR a better book. I feel assured and confident that the new publishers will continue with the same enthusiasm and the commitment to improve with each new edition. We wish them the best of luck with their endeavor.

I apologize for my absence from Greg's fine board the past 10 months. I have closed my dental office and accepted a position as a dentist at Fort Knox. I must go to bed before 9 PM in order to wake a 4 AM to get to work by 7 AM. This doesn't allow very much free time to spend on the computer.
