Obviously an entry chip to one of the 7 Mega Satellites that they are having for their big tourney this year.
I am pretty sure that the Buy-In for each of these was in the $440 range, so unless you spent that much or won a smaller tourney to get there, you wouldn't get one of those chips.
I think $15 sounds pretty fair for the chip myself...
