I think I posted these previously, but I was talking to someone about them and could not locate the original post.

Being shown is a set of blank, solid color dice chips that the inlay area was engraved with a laser. The 100 is hardest to see, but it is the cog pattern. Only the inlay shape is laser cut, while the denomination remains un-touched. The dots above and below the numerals are part of the overall laser design.

I guess these could be described as having an incused inlay.
