I don't understand.
ebay/paypal has to be making millions, if not billions, every week.
But they insist on turning the screws tighter all the time.
There is an age old dictum that says: 'If it ain't broke, don't mess with it.'
But ebay/paypal seems intent on breaking a functional and VERY profitable system.
Eventually their shameless greed will backfire and buyers/sellers will leave them in droves.
Then, they'll probably ask for a government bail out.
