A couple of years ago I was trying to log onto a site that required I provide a password.
I kept getting the message, 'That password is already used. Please try another.'
Fifteen or twenty times I went through the routine of entering a password and getting the 'already used' response.
Finally, I'd had enough! I entered 'ShortEyes'. The password had NOT been used.
I was browsing the site in seconds.
