Let me see if I have this correct. Bush is responsible for terrorism, as opposed to what happened before he became president, including the planning of 9/11?
And he's responsible for the economy and the oil situation? OPEC getting greater group cohesion and cartel discipline than they have ever had (barring perhaps in the early 1970s) and jacking up the world price of oil has nothing to do with that?
Plus, the drain on the economy from tightened security measures, greater defense expenditures and restrictions on air travel due to 9/11 has nothing to do with that either.
