To me, it makes no difference if the 1000 chips are controlled by one indivdual, or dispersed among 1000 individuals. Vince's chips definitely are not "rare" in my book. How about if Vince was the sole owner of a million of the same chip instead of one thousand? Would you still think the same way John?
