OK, so here is the problem. Terry's software does not run directly on a PDA yet. I had questioned that when I saw the button that said "Synchronize with PDA". That was a feature that never really developed. The software designer said that a workaround would be to export the data (grid) into Excel. Most windows based PDAs will be able to accept that.
