Maybe it did. I was unaware of this chip until I saw it in Bob's $2.50 display that he did at the convention many years ago. My notes are long gone on some old computer that I didn't have organized very well. The only notation I have now is in chipguide.com where it says 4 are known.

I remember one sold for a couple of grand a few years back.
