If he wins the main event,it would certainly require his name be in any discussion of best tournament NLHE (he may already be in that discussion already. There are many players who make far more in cash games than he has made in tournaments (and my understanding is he is not a dominant cash game player). Johnny Moss was already an old figure when the WSOP gained steam (but still dominated early on). But since Phil's claims are all tournament based, then the word tournament must be included.
