I continue to read further to find out, "holy smokes, these are being sold by one of those (really cool) CCGTCC members!!!" Those guys are serious collectors. If a club member is selling this than I know its legit. 15 bucks? must be worth every penny.
A possible and quite probable scenario. Lets face it...there is a reason why we all include our member number in our listings.
As for where you got the chip and what you paid, that's your problem. You should have researched it a little more. These commemorative chips are all over ebay and all over the web. It wouldn't have been hard for you to find out they are worth pennies before you listed them. If you got ripped off when you bought it, that's your loss. Don't try and pass it on to someone else. It's just not right.
As far as me calling you out before I contacted you personally, you have a point. I probably should have contacted you first and given you a chance to rectify the situation. The reason I chose not to is becuase this is not the first time I've seen people trying to sell these particular chips for a huge markup. I don't like people being taken advantage of...especially when they don't even know it, so this upset me.
So, as for calling you out before contacting you directly, I apologize.
